EY Entrepreneur of the Year® 2024 Prairies

Starting at the regional and country level, the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year honours leaders who demonstrate excellence in areas such as innovation, financial performance, social responsibility, and personal commitment to their businesses and communities. ​​

Jennifer Massig, MAGNA’s CEO, was recognized for her entrepreneurial spirit and determination in transforming MAGNA from a sole proprietorship in 2016 to a thriving company with over 30 employees, serving communities across Western Canada.

33rd Annual Emerald Awards | Water

The Alberta Emerald Foundation celebrates environmental excellence by showcasing organizations that are raising the bar in addressing environmental and climate change issues.

MAGNA received this award in 2024 for our Livingston Pond E project in Calgary, Alberta. This project worked to integrate urban development boundary conditions while sustaining ecological services. This created park space amenities for the community, and showed improved stormwater management, while integrating existing wetlands into the innovative design.

2024 CEA Showcase Award of Excellence | Small Firm - Big Impact

Consulting Engineers of Alberta has recognized excellence in consulting engineering in Alberta and throughout the world at the CEA Showcase Awards Gala. Project awards are given for Excellence and Merit in a variety of categories.

This award recognizes consulting engineering firms with less than 100 employees that are tackling projects that impact the industry in a variety of ways. We were recognized for the MAGNA Biofilter Wetland System in Clearwater County, an innovative nature-based wastewater infrastructure solution.
